Wentworth Falls is renowned as one of the most
beautiful towns in the
Blue Mts. Located 95 km west of Sydney, it was first
settled in 1814 and and named ‘Weatherboard’ after an
original hut. The area offers many bushwalks
with spectacular lookouts (Breakfast Point, Princes
Rock, Rocket Point, Lyre Bird) and waterfalls
(Empress, Sylvia, Vera). Nearby Wentworth Falls Lake
is a popular recreational area at the end of a
corridor of trees. Wentworth Falls Lake Regatta
