The South Coast region is divided into four sections - Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, Sapphire Coast. It begins at Sydney's Royal NP and finishes at Eden (480 km south of Sydney) comprising pristine bays & beaches and a hinterland boasting over 30 national/marine parks/reserves. The many seaside towns and historic villages along the way are famous for their various cultural festivals, galleries & museums, wineries, fresh seafood and cheese making. Watersports, bushwalking and dolphin & whale watching are popular activities.
