Main streets running north-south include Sussex, Kent, Clarence, York, George, Pitt, Castlereagh, Elizabeth and running east-west are Bridge, Hunter, Martin Place, King, Market, Park, Bathurst, Liverpool, Goulburn. Also included in this busy sector are Hyde Park, Botanic Gardens, The Domain, Sydney Opera House, Government House, Mint, NSW Parliament, Sydney Tower, the exquisite Queen Victoria Building, Australian Museum, Museum of Sydney and a number of galleries and fine churches. Sydney Opera House Markets specialize in Australian arts, crafts & souvenirs and are open each Sunday.
