Peppermint Grove is an exclusive Perth suburb on Freshwater Bay 12 km s-w of the CBD. Established in 1830s, it was named after the many peppermint trees growing in the area. It covers an area of just 1.1 sq km, and is renowned for its wealthy and grand homes with some of WA's oldest and most prominent families residing here. There are stunning Mosman Bay, Swan River and Perth skyline views.
