Palm Beach is considered the jewel of Sydney's Northern Beaches. This northernmost suburb is found 40 km n-e of the CBD sitting on a breathtaking peninsula and surrounded by lush bushland, endless sandy beaches and Pittwater's calm sailing waters. Proudly standing sentinel with its 360 deg views is historic sandstone Barrenjoey Lighthouse (1881). Tours are run each Sun. With a blend of stunning mansions and quaint cottages, the relaxed holiday atmosphere and affluence of this suburb are always evident.
