Leederville is a pretty inner city suburb 4 km n-w of Perth's CBD. Many of its lovely Federation houses are being renovated and together with its proximity to the city centre and excellent beaches, makes this a very sought after area. Sitting in the heart of Leederville, is beautiful little Lake Monger, an ideal recreational and birdwatching area particularly for black swans.
