Floreat is a scenic and affluent bushland suburb 8 km west of Perth's CBD. This residential area has an interesting mix of architectural styles and is also home to the CSIRO's WA office. The 80 ha Perry Lakes Reserve consists of two lakes, vast parkland areas and a large sporting complex.
