Fingal Bay NSW 2315 Fingal Bay is a pretty Port Stephens holiday centre 213 km n-w of Sydney. It is picturesquely surrounded by Tomaree NP protecting over 20 km of rugged coastline, heathland & forest and offering excellent bushwalking and water sports. The northern head of Fingal Bay is called Fingal Spit and Point Stephens, while the southern head is Fingal Head. Whale watching is a popular pursuit (Sept-Nov) and bustling Newcastle is just 65 km s-e.
