The 3 main Australian varieties are Eastern Black Bream (Cairns - Eastern Victoria), Southern Bream (NSW Sth Coast - Money Mia, WA) and Pikey Bream (Nth Qld - Nth WA). Other varieties include Bridled Monocle, Bony, Rainbow Monocle, Yellowfin.
