Angourie is situated on the northern tip of the
Yuragir NP on the state's
Far North Coast about 700 km n-e of
Sydney. This small village, just south of
Yamba was 'discovered' in '70s by world surfing
champion, Nat Young and came to prominence in the
innovative surf movie 'Morning of the
